If your heart flutters for all things crispy battered, fried and saucy, then make sure Korean Chicken & Beer is on your must visit list. Crunchy and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and flavoured with a multitude of different sauces and spices. It was opened their first Korean Chicken & in 2013 in Woolloongabba to showcase the fried chicken of their motherland, which has been so popular they opened a second store in Sunnybank and now opened a third store in Southport Park Shopping Centre. The chicken is delivered to the restaurant fresh daily and either served just fried, or covered in Korean Chicken &’s special homemade sauces, including Honey soy garlic, Sweet chilli, Spicy soy, Chinese Mala, Kkanpoong(Spicy Sweet & Sour) and Honey butter garlic with Korean pickled radish. In addition to the Korean fried chicken, the restaurant also serves k-bowl, which is a bowl of rice topped with vegetables, your choice of meat(Fried Chicken, pork, beef, prawn,Tofu) and special homemade sauce. Burgers, Tteokbokki, Gimmari(Seaweed roll), Mandu(Korean Dumpling), and K-cheese ball are their other best sellers.
